Lettuce Wraps with Beef, Basil, & Avocado

12 slices roast beef

2 teaspoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 Tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon sugar

6 leaves iceberg lettuce, cleaned and dried

1 avocado, sliced

12 basil leaves

3 radishes, sliced thin


Mix soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and sugar in a small bowl. Then layer roast beef, sauce, avocado, radish, and basil inside a lettuce leave. Roll it all up and then eat!

Hannah!! YES, I was stoked about this blog. You have no idea how much this blog is going to help me cook for a husband, me, with little to no cooking experience below my belt. I have tried to make lettuce wraps with a Pampered Chef recipe, but this looks way better. (Are you driving around now?)
